kanthaug16 50 blog postsI filed tdr for a ticket which mentioned "passenger not traveled" .After 2 months now status under irctc showing as "Regretted" .After selecting check status every time its showing communication failure. I didnt traveled and still i didnt get any refund. I cancelled it before 10-12 hrs of my journey. Will i get refund or not for this?

according to new rule TDR can be filed within 2 hours from the actual departure of the train.
If your ticket was confirmed before 12 hrs or so it could have charted based on Originating station/RL....Write a mail back to IRCTC regarding this and provide details to them about your TDR filling time and other details.Ask them to furnish proper details for regretting the TDR.Lets see how they reply.
