sir plz clarify the following doubt
think im traveling from A to C via B n i hav booked BPT n paid amount From A to C but reserved only 1st leg i.e A to B n now if i wish to Travel till D den is it possible to pay the diff amt n book till D with telescopic benifit ?

You cant have telescopic befit for C to D ( your booking from A to C only ). if you want to journey up to D, you should pay full amount from C to D .

While traveling from C to D you can request the TTE to extend the ticket till D. If berths are available he would allot you one.
If it isn't he would see whether your new destination is makeable or is quite far away from D. In such a case he may or may not allow you to carry on with the journey by adjusting with the other passengers or at the door.
In neither of the case, will you be eligible for telescopic benefits (As mentioned above)
