Vinay Ji, where they would have parked these 2 rakes as Azamgarh has only 1 washing cum yard?
Its parked separate: means one @ AMH and other @ DLI!!
Both will start running from today,,while this SPL will reach DLI n will start as Kaifiyat from Delhi on 5th!!

Then, what was the need to run this train as special? They could simply run it as normal train.

If its running as SPL, how traveler getting pareshan???
It must havnt been defined to run on 4th (Blockage removal day would have been 5th morning) which with interlocking reinstated earlier, would have opened chance to run the train...In this case, its simply benefiting traveler!!
Plus, the Rake need to present @ DLI (thats the prima reason for this Rake run) & hence running as SPL (will certainly not have the same priority as Kaifiyat for that run)..

Pareshan, in a sense that people who got their ticket reserved for 4th, had to cancel it citing a reason that train will not run. And now the train is running on the day as special almost empty. So revenue loss also for railway
