another day, another encounter with the "system".Got a favorable response this time.
While travelling with 12168 BSB-LTT Express on 7/Nov/13, i noticed lot of pests in my compartment. I went near the doors and located the "pest control information" sticker. It mentioned that pest control was done couple of days back.But it was evident from numerous roaches around that pest control was not at par.
Hence wrote them an email expressing my displeasure.Now, nearly after 2 months i have got somewhat favorable reply from them but wonder if this is adequate.

thats why put this complaint. but wonder if Rs 1000 will be adequate
