Hi,
I am travelling in 12449 - Goa Sampark Kranti Express on 22-Dec-10 from Panvel.
The arrival time of this train at Panvel is at 19:55 Hrs, with a * with this time. (Means there would be some changes in train arrival timings).
Can anyone help me confirm about perfect/confirm arrival timing of this train at Panvel?

‘*’ is not with the time but with the Station Name which indicates it to be a station of importance.
Now a days you can find below extract in the e-ticket
"New time table will be effected from 01-07-2010. Departure time printed in ERS is liable to change. Customers are requested to check with Railway enquiry."
Seems the date has not yet arrived for Railways.

When a non important (?) change is to be done, it may take a year to route through proper channel. It may be concluded when the new schedule would be finalised to be effective from 31.07.2011 and at that time, no major change to the clause would be needed. Only the last 'zero' of 2010 shall be substituted by 'one'.
