Will there be name change of this 'legendary train' after formal creation of Telangana. ?

i dnt want to discuss this issue here as it currently it is irrelevant but just fyi..winter session of parliament is short and the bill needs to be passed int he state legislature as well and the next parliament will sit next year around april ..even a senior congress miniter has said to newspaper hindu tht state might not be created untill late next year ..
Technically speaking.....Yes.Because Hyd. would be the sole capital of Telangana after 10 years and Hyd. falls under the jurisdiction of the new state so it will be renamed as Telangana Express.I know there is already a train running with the mentioned name but considering trains like (T.N,Kerala and Karnataka) are all considered important trains connecting State Capital with the Union Capital then there shouldn't be any problem giving the existing A.P Express a new name altogether.
Recently I had a communication with Secunderabad based Railway Engineer. He mentioned that this train would be renamed as Telangana Swarna Jayanti Express after the formation of Telangana State. He also mentioned that present Telangana express between Kaghaznagar continues its name. For example Gujarat Express is running between Mumbai and Ahmedabad. However official information is yet to come. However there is no information available about A P Sampark Kranti Express.
