can we board in Rajdhani Exp with partially confirmed ticket. Please elaborate on the rules regarding this.

You said partially confirmed, which by default means an RAC ticket..
One can board Rajdhani or any train on RAC ticket..
But no one is allowed to travel with WL tickets in Raj/Shatabdi..

By saying partially confirmed ticket, I meant for eg in 3 travellers one seat is confirmed and rest 2 are wait listed after chart preparation. can all three passemgers are allowed to travel?
Their names will be on chart, so please consult TTE before boarding the train.. Some TTE allow all passengers to travel, some dont, as per rules WL passengers cannot travel in Rajdhani..
