Upper Class should show availability and lower class should be in WL, Also PNR's are randomly selected...
to add to what hussain has said, no discount shd b availed for any of the passengers in the pnr. generally all psssengers of pnr are upgraded. facility not available in sitting class.
In Goa Sampark kranti, for 21/12/13, the journey leg between CDG-NDLS has 68 available seats in 3A and 28 available in in 2A. In case no more bookings happen, will some of the passengers of 3A will be upgraded to 2A?
No, 3AC status should be in WL for upgradation to be possible...
