And now, they are operating in fog times which results in delay for hours. Why should a person now opt this premium and end up getting screwed?
Have u selected any particular type blog? If not, than i think all kinda blog types gonna pop!!
Premium as its gonna provide u AVL in stiff last scenario, when probably all other viable option are full till neck!! Further, any last moment option (SPL) always give u jhandu service, especially speed...but this SPL offer u premium speed at par Raj!! Now thy kept the booking open for 15 days only, that means thy are offering last moment seekers berth option, which in itself is premium service!!
It will have fate alike Mumbai...

So this premium tag is just like another tatkal train which opens just 15 days before. Closer to my view that I said that bookings should be based on slabs and quota basis.
