It is for the third Rajdhani. Confirmed by WR officials. There are two 1 AC most prob. for Raj.
Also, 12955 has 2 rakes, so many coaches required for it to go LHB. On the other hand BCT yard has spare LHB coaches for the 3rd Raj.

only two contenders in my mind - paschim or gangaur ... both are deserving also.
Which one? AC premie special? It is not the 3rd Raj but a special in its place. Also, there are no 1st AC spare hence 1AC allotted to WR to make it available once Raj goes online.
True but both require multiple rakes. Hence will take time.
