To remove an existing coach without replacement with another, there is a standard procedure. First of all, it should have less than 30% occupancy then the zone should announce the removal of coach 2 months in advance. Nothing is followed by CR. On one particular day the coach was removed (I saw it running without B2 from YPR) and after 2 days SUR released a PR. That too they have tricked it in the PR... I will start a new blog with the proof regarding it. When RM is from this place, SUR is treating like this. One can imagine the fate of GR once the new RM comes in. I am sure SUR will remove GR from GNWL quota from this train and they will try to extend it to PUNE.
