Will all PRS Counters be open on 25th Dec or only the major ones that remain open on Sundays?

No public holidays are applicable for PRS Counter, since 25th Dec is Wednesday working hours will be from 8am-8pm..
Only on Sundays 8am-2pm.
Mumbai mein toh this practice is followed from many years..
