Oh great, break times are given even for wrong info. This kinda attitude exists with many and luckily, they arent FM's.
This also tells that how adamant are few to accept facts or wrong doings of others. Of course, nothing can be done to these powerful people.
In fact, that particular FM(not sure whether he gave break or not) screen name is kinda doing business and propaganda @ IRI which is against the policies. As said, they are elite and can do any crap.
