And guess what – you cannot cancel the ticket...
lets see how long this concept works... My view is it will be hit only in the peak time, diwali, x-mas, new year... may not work out so well during other times... lets see...
They should have atleast 50% refund on cancellation, this way it be beneficial to both passengers as well as railways, as railways would be able to sell the cancelled tickets in much higher price + benefit of cancellation charges.
