between MAO to NZM needs to be announced halting at Karmali, Thivim, Kankavli, Ratnagiri, Panvel, Kalyan, Manmad, Bhusaval, Bhopal, Agra cantt and H. Nizamuddin. This Rajdhani will depart from Vasco da Gama after a loop line is created between Vasco & Karmali, therby bypassing Madgaon. (KYN WDP 3D upto IGP & WAP 7 upto NZM)

3. A new Biweekly TVC Rajdhani between TVC to NZM is needed which will halt at all stops like 12431/32 between Panvel & Trivandrum. From Panvel, it will halt at Kalyan - Nasik - Bhusaval - Bhopal and Jhansi Stations. (GOC WDP 3A upto IGP & WAP 7 upto NZM)

4. Meanwhile CR should get its 22109/10 AC Express upgraded as a Rajdhani running Triweekly.

Thus Biweekly TVC Raj, Goa Raj & Triweekly CST Raj can share slots to create a daily Rajdhani connectivity to Mumbai, Goa & Kerala..
