According to the pantry attendant, it stops in Panvel 50% of the time.
It did yesterday for me.
He says that he usually catches the Pragati Exp (12125), but yesterday 12224 was delayed and we missed a late Pragati by about 5 minutes.
Train was completely full and journey had a lot of problems. Water ran out in our coach in the morning itself...
