Yep.... Wondering the same.... Why rescheduling was done when it arrived at 01:15 am.
First departed late by 1 hr 48 min and now further delayed by 1 hr more before Panvel.....
Everything will go for a toss and poor passengers....
It was better if it ran Triweekly....

Same case as 12133 when it was running late for a week or so on alternate days. CST yard is too busy in the wee hours which makes rescheduling necessary. This train could have been started from LTT...-_-
