i am hearing that since i was born.. IR needs to speed it up... HWH-CSTM distance will reduce by 400 kms... If you look at the recommendation u made its evident that your list is for BKSC nd not jharkhand...
We need to move beyond BKSC, TATA, RNC and look more towards Lohardaga, Chirmiri line.. and GHD-CPU sector which have literally no connectivity
