Looks like the rake used for H1 coach is a LHB. The cabin/coupe allotted to my ticket is H1 G, ref /pnr/status/4812341827

Could you tell what actually happened to your ticket which was allotted an apparently non-existent cabin/coupe.
Actually, here is the answer to the question:
I travelled in 12657 recently and noticed the first Ac coach. It had 22 berths and had an additional cabin G. So that shud resolve this question in my point of view. Many first ac coaches are like that.
