This is not a race or a competition. If HWH-SBP weekly is also not well patronised that also should be cancelled instead of another poorly occupied train also being extended. Or do you subscribe to the philosophy that you don't mind getting hurt provided the other fellow also gets hurt. When there is a severe shortage of rakes there is no sense in running empty trains for the heck of it. Those rakes can be better employed to run a train to some other destination from Puri/Bhubaneswar where there is huge demand.
