DHN-TATA is only 193km this train takes 5hr 40 min. running at a average speed of 33kmph. whether this train can be classified as Express train.
why not they change the route via bokaro -- purulia. time taken by express train to reach bokaro from dhanbad is 1hr 25 min and bokaro to tata can be covered in 2hr 50min. that means Dhanbad to tata in 4hr 15minutes and distance between dhanbad to tata via(bokaro-purulia ) is 201km. that there will be marginal increase in distance. whereas time taken will be reduced by almost 90 minutes.

railway should construct a rail bridge over river damodar, after sindri town station so that train doesnot have to go to pathardih ( 20 minutes required for engine reversal at pathardih), and train should directly go to adra.

dont u think railway should do something to increase the average speed. atleast 50kmph should be mandatory for express train.

yes... so if the current route is taking more time , then why not use the alternative route. afterall it saves around 90 minutes. i hope authorities do some thing in this regards.
