This spl already running from 2/1/14 from YPR end and will run upto 27th Feb 2014 leaving Ypr on Thrs and Jp on Sats as train no.06529/30 and uses ICF rakes.SCR has given press release very late.
May be Bangalore-Nagercoil 2013 budget announced daily expresses.
Ok then in that case hurdles are cleared for YPR-LKO Express and they can make use of ICF for new KSK...Only pending would be YPR-KCG Tri-weekly
In the document it is said that PPTA - YPR SF Exp should be allotted LHB Rake, but ECR is running it with ICF rake ( half of the rake is comprised of SCR coaches), so we never know which train is getting LHB and which is not ;)
