It is difficult for Handicapped passengers to enter the platform other than 1st platform as there is no battery car or well maintained wheel chair as most of the time wheelchair is under repair condition ,concerned authorities pl look in to it
i thnk they are building an escalator near platform 1. it may help some people
Even escalator may not help the Handicapped person to reach the particular reserved Bogie, battery car is better option
