But nowadays its not rake sharing with 12628 KK exp.
I travelled on 8/01 night, and that day KK was late by 11 hrs and reached only at 00:00. So i worried Mail will be run only on the next day. To my suprise Mail was waiting at platform 1. :) :)

13 SL coaches 3- 3A coaches 2-2A coaches and one full 1A;.. kudos to IR for arranging entire rake
It is bcos of last year's experience by IR..

PC will be detached from KK for SBC-MAS mail and for some period of time they had even PC for SBC-MAS mail making it difficult for passengers inside to switch coaches.

When I was in Bangalore KK was delayed contsly for 3-4 days which ffctd sbc-mas departure but one day they had arranged extra rake for SBC-MAS Mail which left ontime while KK arrived at 3am. So I think SWR had adjusted with some extra rake due to late running of KK.

Spare rakes with SWR.. That really sounds interesting and very tough to believe... But still good job.
