I think its confirmed with Coach S1 and Seat 13, which is quite normal. An RAC ticket can confirm with Seat No before chart preparation naturally.
Berth number is available before charting to the RAC ticket.normally CNF status is given for such RAC/WL tickets.
that's why this question is posted for discussion.
How passenger got berth number for RAC ticket even before final chart?

If there are ample vacant seats for some reason(high cancellation, extra coach, low RAC at booking with lot of time for DOJ etc.) then a RAC can get seat Numbers at times and there is no hard and fast rule that it has to be given after chart preparation..Like the way happened to a friend of mine...travelling from HWH-JSG in Ahmedabad Express on 30/12/2010, 3A got seat number on 28/12/2010 for ticket purchased as W/L 19 on 24/11/2010...Thank you
just want to add:
this train has RLQuota for CNB too.thats why chats is not prepared at 11hrs.Technically SV comes under CNB RL Quota.

Thanks for this info. Something new I have learnt from this site. Maybe they dont always update their site whenever an RAC booking gets confirmed but instead wait till chart preparation. Hence the anomaly that sometimes you get to know the berth allotted only after chart preparation whereas in some cases the info is available much before that.
