Train 18 - तेरी प्यारी प्यारी Livery को किसी की नज़र न लगे

The Pics of the WR-BPQ passenger standing at PF 5 of BPQ.
But the board says that its BSL-BPQ Passenger. Which also shares RSA with BSL-DVL Passenger service.
But I couldn't find any information of any passenger service that runs between BSL-BPQ...
If any one know more info about this, I would be glad to read through.
