My wishlist for railway budget 2014:
1. Instead of new giving new trains on HWH-NDLS section funds should be given for construction of one more track so that trains should run on time.
2. Proper connectivity to southern India from states like Jharkhand and rajasthan.
3. Remove RAC and instead put surcharges on booking a preferred berth ( like for LB/SLB -rs. 20. for

UB- rs.10). Why should a passenger paying full fare share his berth? Availability for different berths should be shown in different way. Like LB and SLB availability, UB and SUB availability. or How about showing the full coach picture while booking and choose our best preferred seats just like we book match tickets on Bookmyshow.com
4. Booking and availability of retiring rooms should be made online.
5. There should be a strict provision for making waitlist people not enter the reserved coaches. This rule still prevails but it is not followed strictly.
