Waitlisted in this train should not be allowed....confirm ticket holder faces massive problem in there whole journey....there is no mean of confirm ticket in sleeper

You are right Joshua. In AC coaches the space in front of the toilets & between the doors of the bogies is considered as NON-AC and therefore can be freely occupied by passengers with sleeper class, WL and even general tickets :)
