Do AC class coaches of the trains have heating also?
I feel it is not as i have once asked to increase the temperature when it was 3deg out side and about 8 deg inside the coach on Hazrat nizamudin station in the morning at 5:30 hr, attendant was unable to do any thing. In this situation why the Railway is charging for AC, which can not work at all.
