MUMBAI: Despite tall claims that Mumbai’s first metro rail Versova-Andheri-Ghatkopar will get railway certification in September to chug-off early next year, it has not yet received...
This is what u call pure bureaucracy where people's comfort doesn't matter .... So its no surprise that China is multiplying its infrastructure and receiving more investments (FDI & FII) every other year....
Now from September (if the inaguration does fall during 2014) the ticket cost will rise.... 8 yrs for just 11 kms is simply unpardonable...
