Good move by SCR. Seems SCR is planning permanent augmentation of one 3 AC.
Augmentation of SL to 12 from 9 was done similarly in past.

Sleeper augmentation was done in two stages.
Initially s9 ans s10 then s11 and s12.
Now one 3a with temp auhmentation.
