i m very confused about the food rates.
the pentary people are charging more than whatever is specified in the menu on the irctc website.
it was charged 50 rs for a curry+3 chapatis + no drinking water was provided with that.
i asked for the complain book but the manager refused to produce complain book to register any complain.

You can send letter to IRCTC and Railway Board.you can also send email on IRCTC.com.
can u give me some particular email address where i can send email.

Complain No. 1800111139...its not an IVR...you can speak to live percon and lodge complain...it can be coonnected easily from BSNL lines
