This year railway budget going to come next month but still no new train service started from Mangalore central ( Manglaore - Goa intercity express) which was announced last year budget, if anybody know when will be the innaguration?
No idea...:( Typical Southern Railway attitude. The 22113/4 Mumbai-Kochuveli Superfast is being introduced on the other hand.

I am blaming SR for the non-introduction of the Intercity and not for the introduction of CR's 22113/4. Get it?
