Royapuram act as third terminal in the Indian Railway from 1856.During shifting of terminal to the present Central,At-least 2 or 3 trains should be operated from Royapuram continuously. At-least now itself provide stoppages for 12163/64 Dadar >-< Chennai Eggmore expresses and develop further and operate some south bound trains via Chennai Beach .
