Have WDMs or WDPs hauled Raj/Shtb Trains at 130 Kmph MPS on any route's stretch ?? :-)
WDP can haul at 130 (if and only if the route permits)
ALCOS' are limited to 120 max.

Oh Yes... I remember that some Rail Fans had once mentioned that TVC Raj can run or it does run at 130 Kmph between Ratnagiri and Vadodara... WAP-5 takes charge of this MPS from BRC to NZM :-)
