Defnitely they will not the cancel this, as this is doing well on one side(YPR-PDY). TN delta region people working at Bangalore take this as an alternative or the last option towards villupuram, vriddachalam etc.these places are very well connected to tpj,cupj etc....Hope they will introduce a weekly train with 2a,3a,sl coaches...........To be waited patiently.
12257/8 should be given one more service ex YPR on Friday and ex-KCVL on Sat using this rake. It will run full with heavy waiting lists. We desperately need more trains to Kerala from Bangalore on Fridays. There is no route with such high demand in the South.
