Interim rly budget removes hated WL and spikes touts by cancelling cancellations.
"Oh joy, finally the hated WL (Wait Listed) tickets will be banned from the face of the railway ticket. Only RAC will be allowed and no cancellation. General Elections is surely the best part of democracy, when the government and policy makers actually begin thinking of what the people need. Railway travellers would know what a huge relief it will be to have the WL removed from the system."
Is this true ?? I see no mention of this in the rail budget speech: click here
