Lets think there are 20 HO seat in a train. 5 people applied for HO seat. Same train have GNWL 32 and CKWL 15 . After 5 Ho there are 15 seat left so the whole 15 remain in HO will go to the CKWL or some to GNWL .

from rest 15 seats 3 goes to Senior Citizens. now what will be the condition. 12 CK will be conf or not. By the way i think some train hv dedicated seats for Lower Berth quota .
