what is high official quota showing here in quotas.who are elligible and how.. is this same with HQ quota popularly known as vip quota

VIP quoto and emergency quota can be named as HO quota. u need some officials recommendation to get tickets under this

in chennai mail sleeper (mas-hwh) there is 24 seats alloted..while cheking availibility it showing 20 avlbl for 15th.. i want to know that this means wheather alredy 4 seats alloted for this quota..bcz previously i know that all seats are alloted only @charting...

4 have already been utilized and HO allocation is done before chart preparation...
actualy i have given for my ticket so i want to know...ok sir thanks for the clarification
