Why does this train use demu when it can use electric loco? Demu uses diesel right?
It has RSA with the Kolar -BNC - KolarDMU , Kolar obviously isnt electrified as yet.

i think it is electrified.. swaran passenger runs with electric loco from Marikuppam to SBC
You are talking about Marikuppam sir. Swarna pass does not go to Kolar.
