TDR is not required in case if d tkt remained in RAC after charting ( PRS tkt ) ? can it b canceled across d counter ?

For E-Ticket, its need to be verified as if journey been commenced or not, not needs verification, as its not live but online & after charting, TDR process gets follows (TTE chart marking)!!

If Ticket presented after charting @ journey commencing station (b4 train DEP or time frame defined after DEP), is a proof that journey nt been undertaken & clerk redeem amount (as PRS Ticket amount cant be credited into any account but live to person presenting present)!! ticket for cancellation)!! been presented after charting @ station where chance of journey undertaken arise, TDR required!!

Stamping is a different scenario
although I i believe, ticket status before b4 cancellation should be taken but moderation strictly follows ticket status after charting (if (Was RAC/CNF & get canceled, but was RAC/CNF b4 charting, it should be stamped canceled)!! Stamping here may have been done based on last status b4 cancellation!!
