Can any one advise on below- MY PNR was showing WL after chart preparation and today when I logged to check status of refund its shows my ticket was get confirmed

experts please refer to attachment and advise how will I get refund on this case

I remember these occassional bugs and then discussions on them in admin forum , we observed that after one admin stamped a ticket and when some other admin did refreshing , status changed on some occassions and then a restamping was done . However admin who original stamped was sure about original status , hence the status changing is certainly possible and a disclamer can be placed

I did checked on Indianrail.gov.in yesterday and it was showing WL only. I checked indianrailinfo post today to re verify and here it was also WL 1 chart prepared. Recent status on Indiarail info showing confirmed because pnr has not been flushed yet. Pl look on attachment at my first post.
Then you can file a consumer court case surely .
You dont need any proof , IR will have to give proof from their own server record
You shud demand compensation for mental and physical harassment also

Admin- I did checked yesterday on IR site but it was WL after chart preparation, I didnt have taken screenshot that time because it was never mine expectation that it will have this kind of error.
