Very sad news. Mechanism should be develop to avoid such accident.
Ideally for the minor injured ppl it should be 2L, severely injured be 10L and for those deceased families around 50L or more.... why only 10L???? They use crores and crores of money for development and for these incidents only 10L??? Not at all acceptable.... btw just giving round figures....
