264 trains, with 35 pairs (70 trains) running daily and 108 trains operating once a week. Other trains run two to four days a week. While Prayagraj is the most populated district in the state and known for its religious significance, with offices like the Allahabad High Court, 24 pairs of trains do not stop at the junction, even though it is the headquarters of the Railway's General Manager and Divisional Railway Manager. These trains stop at the Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Junction, about 150 km away. Given that the Kumbh Mela will be held in Prayagraj next year, there is a demand to ensure that all trains passing through the city stop there. The proposal for all non-stop trains passing through Prayagraj Junction to stop has been sent to the Railway Board in anticipation of the Kumbh Mela. The Senior DCM of the North Central Railway Prayagraj Division, Himanshu Shukla, is hopeful that the board will approve the proposal for the trains to stop at Prayagraj Junction.

Prayagraj Junction pe total 264 trains aati jaati hain, 35 pairs (70 trains) roz chalti hain, aur 108 trains haftee mein ek din chalti hain. Baaki trains haftee mein do se chaar din chalti hain. Prayagraj state ka sabse zyada population wala district hai, aur yeh religion aur spirituality ke liye famous hai. Allahabad High Court jaise saare state level ke office Prayagraj mein hi hain. Railway ke GM aur Divisional Railway Manager office hone ke bawjood, yaha 24 pairs of trains nahi rukti hain, jabki 150 km door Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Junction pe ye sabhi trains rukti hain. Agle saal Prayagraj mein Kumbh Mela hoga. Isko dekhte hue, yeh demand ki ja rahi hai ki yaha se jaane wali saare trains ka thaharav pakka kiya jaaye. Abhi, Kumbh Mela ko dekhte hue, Prayagraj Junction se jaane wali saare non-stop trains ke thaharav ka proposal Railway Board ko bheja gaya hai. North Central Railway Prayagraj Division ke Senior DCM Himanshu Shukla ko ummeed hai ki board yaha train thaharne ki permission de dega.

Bhai mai khud dahod ka hoke bolta hu ki august kranti ko stoppage ni milna chahiye, before covid jab stop tha crowd hi nai rehta tha for 12953/54, isse acha garib rath thi bohot heavy rush rehta tha usme dahod se also 15636 dwarka mai bhi, un dono ke stoppage restore hone chahiye

Members have left Bauruch, Sawai. Let this fastest Rajdhani stop at all places no end to desire. AG Rajdhani is slowed down with stops and now all this Rajdhani. Nagda is given unnecessarily at midnight in both directions. IR will introduce VB sleeper with 3 stops and then people start asking for stops.
