Change in the Sex of Passenger Holding Confirmed Reservation
Chief Reservation Supervisor/Station Master of important stations are authorized by Railway Administration to permit the change of name of a passenger having a seat or berth reserved in his name in the following circumstances namely :

Station manager/Chief Reservation Supervisor can 't help changing this ?
there's mentioned 24 hours before travel so I should try contacting persons in station rather waiting for journey time and talk to TTE. If he may not agree then could be problem.
Guys my pnr has 92,93 general waiting list in kutch express on 22nd Oct from Mumbai to Bhuj. Any chances for getting this confirmed ? or should I go for tatkal ?
