I'll be undertaking a journey on train no. 03466 in few weeks during the ensuing RAAS festival which is expected to bring heavy rush of passangers from nabadwip (NDAE) to howrah with my wife,child & my mother.i have already made advance reservation with confirmed tickets in 2nd sitting coach.But i've learnt due to a dearth of TTE & RPF personnel in katwa bandel section, unreserved passangers forcibly occupy reserved seats and don't usually give away seats.Can someone verify whether this is actually true, because if this becomes true i will be in deep trouble as i'm travelling with my kid,wife and aged mother and i may have to make different arrangement beforehand
