for today 12 January 2017, Current Booking is available in 12301 ( Howrah Rajdhani ) in 2A, but not available in 3A. how does upgradation works in such scenario. first chart is prepared 4 hours before departure and final chart is prepared 30 minutes before departure. does it mean that there are no seats available in 3A.
what if there are seats available in 2A after final chart preparation will 3A tickets be upgraded ??

I have booked one ticket in this train from delhi cantt to alwar..
its in second class....S02..window seat...
will it be a sitting configuration...or is it a general coach...with huge crowd and reservation does not hold good?
