The coach positioning seems to be exactly in the reverse direction unless there is a loco reversal happening at Secunderabad.
I boarded this train 12794 last week at Lingampalli station, HA1 coach was in today's loco side and not in the rear side.
The same goes with 12793. At Tirupathi AC coaches are towards the rear end and not near the loco.

Railways instead of speeding up of trains, they are slowing down. I have traveled in this train in past can used to reach almost ahead of time at tech halts.
Now that tech halts are commercialised, even if it reaches early, cannot depart early from stations which is a major drop back from IR. Same is the case with all durontos.

This is not 12245/12246.
The train in video might be HWH YPR AC SF Express which run on same time slot.
More over the video shows full AC EOG train.
