Ashwani Vaishnav is a big failure for Indian railways for last 24 months. (1) Let him at least introduce 300 trains for general public all SF trains and 50 percent SL and 50 percent 3E class and with no tatkal in next 12 months. (2) introduce 100 Amrit Bharat Push Pull trains between 12 Indian cities. (3) I have already highlighted 200 pairs of VB sleeper train routes. If he can do these three things in next 24 months, he can wipe out waitlists. This RM will be replaced in 24 months as he will fail in meeting basic needs of no wait list by 2025.
Give him a deadline of 2025 end for achieving Zero wait list and all reservations honoured by IR from January 1, 2026

It's very disappointing from an ex beauracract listening to other Beauracrats for the inefficiency in not able to give a berth to Indian passengers. The Railways has upgraded ICF coaches for at least 3000 rakes till date to LHB. Consider some of them or 50 percent of them are.scrapped. what happened to remaining 1500 rakes. Why IR could not introduce one new train in last 10 years under BJP / NDA rule. Because of the politicians like Suresh Prabhu, CA like piyush Goyal, and Bureaucrats like Ashwani Vaishnavji are successfully fooled by IR beaurucracy. Why not one new train introduced till date by NDA government other than so called VBs

As the CSMT station has extended the platforms 10 and 11 with successful interlocking completed on June 2, 2024, the much required and long pending expansion of the rakes of CSMT - Hyderbad Deccan SF express 22731 and 22732, and CSMT Hyd Hussain Sagar express 12701 /12702 to 24 coaches trains from current 16 coach rakes. Since these two trains have rake sharing and can be expanded by adding 3E and SL coaches (four each) to improve the availability of the berths on daily basis. This is as good as adding one new train of 16 coaches. Also, the running time of 13 hours 57 minutes is too long for a distance of 770 kms. All other intercity trains say between Mumbai - Nagpur, Delhi - Varanasi, Jaipur - Bandra SF completes similar distances within 12 hours.
