it was really depressing, just to see your loved ones taken away in a flash, my heart sank when i saw the RTIS Data, in which 12841 dropped from 128 to 0 within matter of seconds 😭

I came across this information on a WhatsApp group today afternoon that actually as per schedule it was this train which was supposed to cross 12841 at the accident spot yesterday but since train was delayed at Kulem itself it did not. Inspite of LHB we saw severely high number of casualties if this was ICF Amaravati express I'm pretty afraid situation would have been pretty worse than this. Such a long distance and always full running train still running with dirty and old ICF rakes only because 2 pathetic zonal egoes between SCR and SWR in cancellation of KCG VSG slip. To hell with Goa Hyderabad connectivity safety of VSG SHM passengers is much much more important. It's high time now this pathetic crappy slip is cancelled and Amaravati is LHBfied.

i think if slip gets cancelled passengers will demand new train from Goa to Hyderabad, and clearly SWR wouldn't do that, so keeping the slip alive is the only way for them.

good point, honestly slips should have all been discontinued after covid itself. dunno why this exists. but that was just my thoughts. 🤷

aur coromandal 130 pe thi isiliye aisa hua, agar speed kam hota to casualties kam hota, aur to dono loop pe freight thi, isiliye derailment ke time damage zyada hua, nhi to coaches alag alag ho jaata.
